The view from the hotel was impressive, like something out of a postcard. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I appreciated the option of having breakfast included in my stay while still having access to a reasonable amount of food options. Also, the pool was a decent size and the perfect temperature, perfect for cooling down on a hot day.
My Easter holiday at this hotel was not as relaxing as I had hoped. The location was quite inconvenient and made it difficult to explore the surrounding area. On top of that, I encountered several issues with the Wi-Fi signal, which was frustrating because I needed to communicate with family during the holiday. Additionally, the TV wasn't working for most of my stay, so I wasn't able to unwind and watch my favorite shows. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for someone looking to have a stress-free holiday.

We were upgraded to a cozy apartment up the hill with lovely views. The hotel staff were incredibly polite and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We appreciated the hotel's cleanliness, and there was ample parking available. The hotel's location up to the Rondo-Rama restaurant made it easy for us to explore the surrounding area.

The surrounding area and up to the Rondo-Rama restaurant are beautiful as reconstituted Swiss Alps Mountains with cute train rides. the food in the restaurant is fair priced with excellent cheese fondue and an amazing breakfast included. the staff is friendly and accommodating with good service at the rotating restaurant with an awesome view of the balcony.
The Wi-Fi and television service cannot be relied upon as it is spotty at best.

Spent my New Year at this charming Swiss-styled hotel. the train ride up to the restaurant was breathtaking with panoramic views of the nearby lake and volcano. the pool was perfect for families with younger children with maximum depth at 1.65m. the staff was accommodating and provided a solution for the storage of medication that required refrigeration.
It was frustrating given the remote location of the hotel.

I had such a great time at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. They even upgraded me to a cute little apartment with stunning views of the surrounding area. The attention to detail, like the netting on the windows and the fan in the room, ensured that I was comfortable throughout my stay. The hotel's location near the Rondo-Rama restaurant provided breathtaking panoramic views of the Arenal lake and volcano, which was a fantastic experience. The breakfast was delicious and a great way to start each day.
Everything was perfect, nothing to complain about.
